From in-person sessions to strictly remote training, I have something for everyone.

Our most popular package is the Hybrid 2:  two in-person training sessions per month in addition to a complete 4-week program in our app.

Please note:  In-person sessions are provided in the client’s home and are limited to the central Maryland area.
